Customer Service Co-Coordinator - Southampton - GBP18,500 - GBP20,000
We are excited to be working with an innovative company who are leading the way in sustainable solutions and they are looking to expand their team. They are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Co-Coordinator who has an instinctive ability to build a rapport with clients and takes great pride in the service they are providing.
This is an incredibly busy role where you will be supporting the sales team and due to a massive increase in demand over the last 6 months will need to have resilience and a winning mentality.
Duties include:
Processing customer orders
Answering a high volume of incoming calls and dealing with enquiries re: orders and delivery
Liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the client life cycle
Maintaining up to date records on their internal database
Handling any complaints regarding stock availability and late delivery
Managing customer stocks and placing new order requests
Sending follow up emails to the customer regarding updatesSkills required:
Quick to learn and adapt
Good IT capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Good numeracy and literary skills
Self-motivated
Polite, friendly with a professional telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced thriving environment
