Professional Painter and Decorator Require for Long Term Social Housing Refrubishment Project in Leamington Spa.
My client requires a professional painter and decorator to assist on a social housing refurbishment project in Leamington Spa. Work will mainly consist of painting refurbishment work and snagging.
This contract has currently been running for the last 2 years and has another 3 years left. This is a great opportunity for a long run of reliabe work in uncertain time.
The ideal candiate must have the following:
NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in painting.
Full tools (whites, rollers, dust sheets and ladders)
Own transport
Pervious experience in a social housing environment
