Brief description of duties:
Booking in service users attending for appointments.
Answering telephone calls and directing incoming calls to appropriate party.
Taking messages where necessary.
Issuing/dispensing petty cash as required.
Issuing train/bus warrants/food bank vouchers.
Maintaining diary for booking meeting rooms.
Word/excel skills required.
Accessing internal database of offender information.

Paying GBP8.72ph and expected to run for approximately 12 weeks.

This role will require a DBS check to be completed.
