Are you dedicated to delivering great service and want to join a growing company that looks after its people? Have you got skills and experience in a cleaning/supervisory role with a customer focused mind-set, if so then we have got the role for you.

In this role you'll be responsible for overseeing the 5-star service delivery of security, cleaning, concierge and waste services in line with KPI standards, ensuring high standards at all times. You will recruit, manage and motivate a team of multi-skilled employees ensuring a customer service focussed approach from all staff. You will also oversee incident/accident management, ensuring rigorous procedures across the site, and ensure that health and safety is at the forefront of everything you do.

You will produce, implement and manage operational procedures, including record keeping, in line with contract standards including compliance and regulatory/auditory bodies. You will also ensure that operational costs are effectively managed and monitored, and that staff are utilised across the site to ensure value for money.

* Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel

We'll make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will ideally already have current IOSH and first aid qualifications, and a good knowledge or cleaning industry colour coding /cleaning chemicals and supplies. You will also have management experience gained in a similar role, within a fast paced, client led environment, ideally gained within the FM or retail sector. Please note this role will require the successful applicant to undertake a DBS check.

You will work 2 days over the weekends, and be paid GBP11.00 per hour with access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.
