Modality is an award-winning GP super-partnership that operates nationally. We have a clear focus on improving services for patients and delivering care closer to home, through new and innovative models of care.

Locally, we offer patients access to community outpatient services across a number of specialty areas including Cardiology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Pain Management, ENT, Gynaecology, Urology, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Paediatrics and Respiratory Medicine. Over the next year, we plan to extend our portfolio of NHS outpatient services to additional specialty areas including Gastroenterology and day case procedures. We also deliver a large portfolio of private services including Circumcision, Aesthetics, Immigration Medicals and Minor Surgery.

We are currently looking to recruit to the position of Admin Team Leader. The role will oversee the day-to-day delivery of the administrative function across a group of services, working alongside other Admin Team Leaders. The successful post holder will be required to ensure that the administrative function is managed effectively in order to deliver all contractual KPIs in relation to booking times, DNAs, empty slots, triage and reporting times.

If you are looking for a challenging role, working as part of a growing team then this may be the right opportunity for you.

Disclosure and Barring Service Check

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship

Applications from job seekers who require current Tier 2 sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications. However, non-EEA candidates may not be appointed to a post if a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled EU/EEA candidate is available to take up the post as the employing body is unlikely, in these circumstances, to satisfy the current Resident Labour Market Test which will be in place until the end of December 2020. UK Visas and Immigration requires employers to complete this test to show that no suitably qualified EEA or EU worker can fill the post. For further information please visit the UK Visas and Immigration website.

From 6 April 2017, Tier 2 skilled worker applicants, applying for entry clearance into the UK, have had to present a criminal record certificate from each country they have resided continuously or cumulatively for 12 months or more in the past 10 years. Adult dependants (over 18 years old) are also subject to this requirement...... click apply for full job details
