Key Responsibilities

Are you an experienced telesales manager with experience of leading and developing a passionate team of sales executives in the growth and retention of new and existing customer bases? This might be the role you have been waiting for...

Due to the growth of our regional digital sales teams we are excited to announce that we are now looking for a Digital Telesales Manager to support our Telesales Director in the delivery and growth of our digital media advertising solutions.

You will be responsible for leading a team of up 15 Digital Sales Executives and implementing our sales strategy of business growth through sales performance, productivity and the retention of our customer portfolio. With a revenue target of up to £5m, you will lead, motivate and develop your team to exceed company sales targets and deliver a "best in class" service to our new and existing digital customers.


The Ideal Candidate
  • Ideally, you will have a passion for Digital Solutions such as SEO, Social Media campaigns and Content Marketing
  • You will have demonstrable experience of leading a team of sales executives in delivering growth and sustained retention of clients
  • You will be passionate about coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team to reach their full potential and exceed sales KPI's
  • You are dedicated and passionate about achieving results. You will bring with you high energy, positivity, dedication and a "can do" attitude, to lead your team to success
  • You will be as passionate about delivering an amazing service as us, with the ability to nurture you team to deliver an exceptional, solutions focused, customer experience
  • You enjoy utilising effective sales systems, adding value to our customer and business proposition
  • You will have an eye for analysis, reviewing current and previous campaigns to spot trends and patterns, using these insights on future campaigns
  • Your previous experience will have enabled you to effectively forecast and report revenues to your stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis
  • You are a people person with the passion for developing your team and effectively delivering business messages, that inspire your team to deliver
  • You have the ability to identify individual and team skills gaps, working with the Sales Trainer to up-skill and further develop your team when necessary
  • Your experience will enable you to foster a motivated and passionate culture, whilst setting clear expectations
  • You have an ability to develop a culture of trust, where your team have a voice and are empowered to reach their career and personal goals
  • You are a role model to your team and the wider department, taking the lead on function change to support the business and its employees

Package Description

We are offering a competitive salary £28,630 and benefits including;
