I'm currently working on behalf of a major North East based Civil & Infrastructures firm who are looking to add a fully qualified Building Surveyor to their team.
Ideally fully chartered, you'll be able to work individually or as part of a team. You will also be required to work across a diverse portfolio, covering the following (as well as others):
- Commercial
- Residential
- Industrial
- Education
In order to be considered, you must be fully qualified and as mentioned above, being Chartered would be beneficial.
You must have the following:
* MRICS or 2+ years Private Practice/Consultancy experience as a Building Surveyor
* A positive, client-facing demeanor
* MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Valid UK driving license
