Elliot Scott Group is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician in the Shepperton area.
The role consists of:
* Complying with operational, safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
* Maintaining communal areas within the home
* Carrying out communal & grounds maintenance
* Carrying out general repairs onsite including electrics & plumbing
* Painting, light decorating, and refurbishing rooms
* Ensure the site is tidy and presentable
The right candidate must have a valid DBS and basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, H&S, carpentry, and fire safety.
Must be able to drive and have own transport
The role consists of:
