We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator, to help kick start the launch of a new division, of a successful and well-established business based in Redditch.

If you have previous experience in customer service, call centre, administration, management or retail, this is an exciting position to be considered.

This is a Full Time, Permanent role, with a salary from GBP20,000 - GBP25,000.

Duties will include:

* Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone

* Advising on costs, alternative services and products offered

* To promote brand awareness

* Responding to incoming customer emails

* To record and update information accurately

* Assisting in the recruitment process for new team members

Skills and Experience needed:

* Confident communication skills

* Can work to deadlines and handle pressure

* Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character

* Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
