Wills Probate & COP

Solicitor (NQ-2yrs) or CILEX required to join busy town centre practice overseeing an existing Private Client caseload which includes Probate, Trusts and Court of Protection matters. You will be joining a team of 10 lawyers of this Worthing based Solicitors practice drafting wills, handling probate & estate matters (including accounts), LPAs, trusts and dealing with some COP work. STEP membership is preferred. Generous salary and package on offer, Part-time working may also be considered (TBC)
