An excellent career development opportunity has arisen for a production professional to join the Leadership Team at the corrugated sheet feeder plant, in Windrush, which has recently benefited from GBPmulti-million investment. This is a dynamic, fast-paced, high volume site which produces in excess of 350 orders a day, supplying to other Smurfit Kappa sitesas well as 3 rd party customers.

The position will report to and deputise for the Operations Director. Initially managing the corrugator production team through 3 Shift Leaders, it is anticipated that you will quickly assume additional responsibility for quality and despatch functions and a total team of around 85 people. Key objectives will be to maximise return on the capex investment by improving output, through a combination of strong performance management including developing and embedding core disciplines, training and development of the team, ensuring adherence to SOP's and implementation of Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.

Candidates should have relevant production management experience which must have been gained in a corrugated environment.
