We are looking to recruit a:
Maintenance Person
Based in Martlesham Heath, Ipswich
Full time
Salary GBP23,000
Plus 6% non-contributory pension contribution
We are looking for a reliable, motivated person to provide practical maintenance and repairs services to our range of properties located across Suffolk.
You would also be carrying out checks to ensure Health and Safety compliance in line with government legislation.
You will also have the necessary empathy and people skills to engage with tenants and work with those who wish to involve themselves with maintenance work, helping them to build their own skills.
Access to transport and a suitable vehicle is essential as whilst many of the properties are located in Ipswich, travel to Lowestoft, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds and Haverhill will be required.
