Being the Difference.... We are currenty recruiting for a exciting new role as the Supply Chain Improvements Manager.

This role is to lead and champion the development and continuous improvement throughout our UK Supply Chain.

This role will be based from the office in the NDC Bardon, Leicestershire, with nationwide travel in the MDC network.

Key Accountabilities:

Act as champion in leading the development of a CI culture/mindset within the UK Supply Chain and support any wider Belron UK activity as required
Support the development and implementation of a real CI philosophy throughout the Supply Chain, utilising Lean Six Sigma and all appropriate tools and approaches
To embed Lean methodology throughout the supply chain with the principle target of removing waste and improvement in key performance indicators
Lead and co-ordinate the Supply Chain projects & initiatives along with wider collaboration with the wider Belron UK management team
Work as part of the Supply Chain Central Operations team to translate strategy into improvement activities and operational/tactical plans that will contribute the ongoing development of the Supply Chain business strategy
Support the delivery of exceptional customer service which exceeds customer service targets for both the external and internal customers.
Support the optimum use of business assets including property, vehicles, materials and technology.
Collaborate across Belron UK and International
Continuously seek and search for opportunities to share and implement best practice ideas throughout the supply chain.
Contribute as a key member of the Supply Chain Central Operations team to maximise employee engagement within the UK through the application of best practice management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
To understand, interpret and review management information reports and act on these accordingly
To manage own development in line with business requirements
To be prepared to carry out ad hoc activities to support the Senior Management Team, colleagues and wider business network.

Experienced practitioner in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management
Ability to build and maintain amazing relationships
Positive mindset
Great communication
Planning and organisational skills
Knowledge and application of software to support improvement (eg SPSS - Minitab)
Full UK driving licence essential
