Help Desk Advisor
Gi Group's client is one of the most well-known household brands based within the logistics industry.
Due to growth they are currently recruiting for a Office Help Desk Adviser to work in their International Offices in Coventry. For this role you must be able to get to Middlemarch Business Park. The client is looking for some who has an access to a car.
The core of this role is customer service taking inbound calls from members of the public with general queries in regards to their delivery; you must have customer service experience and happy working within a busy environment. You will also have previous experience in working on Microsoft products and email communication.
Your hourly rate will be GBP12.48 per hour. The rate will increase to GBP12.86 after 6 months. This is potentially a temp-perm role.
The shift pattern is: (Apply online only)& (Apply online only) Rotating on a weekly basis and no need to work weekends!
