Staffline is recruiting for HGV Class 2 drivers to work our client's market leading and rapidly expanding parcel delivery business in Bradford.

Your Time at Work
As a Class 2 HGV Driver you will report in to our shift Manager, who will assign you the route and vehicle you will work with across that shift. The loads you will be transporting are not individually heavy but you will be transporting up to 20,000 items at a time between depots, so we need drivers who understand the importance of standards and keeping our customers happy. Great communication skills are necessary as one of our Drivers as we understand that delays can happen on our roads through circumstances beyond your control, road accidents, over-running repairs, the M1 and the M62 being the M1 and the M62.

If you as one of our Drivers communicate those delays to us we can plan around them and make sure that you get the support you need through optimised route planning, sat navs and other tools.

Some of the runs will involve delivery direct to the houses of the couriers.

In return for your commitment we can offer guaranteed shifts and start times that suit you. Regular ongoing work available.

All positions we recruit for are on a temp to perm basis.

Our Perfect Worker
As a Class 2 HGV Driver, you will ideally have:
- 12 months HGV driving experience
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DQC

You will be flexible on your start time, however we will always work to accommodate your preferred time as mush as we can.

All inductions and training are fully paid.

Days GBP10.28 Mon to Fri, GBP10.78 Sat, GBP12 Sun
Nights GBP10.90 Mon to Fri, GBP11.40 Sat, GBP12.40 Sun

LTD
Days GBP11.75 Mon to Fri, GBP12.75 Sat, GBP13.75 Sun
Nights GBP12.50 Mon to Fri. GBP13 Sat, GBP14 Sun

Rates increase after 12 weeks on site or permanent contract offered.
