Sales Advisor
We're searching for a passionate Sales Advisor to join our friendly and growing branch in Dronfield.
This role is offered on a permanent part-time basis, working 20 hours per week 7am - 11am. There is also the possibility that you might be asked to work on Saturdays 8am - 12pm in the future.
About the role
Your day will be spent working in both the warehouse and on the trade counter:
*
booking in stock
*
picking and packing orders
*
liaising with customers over the trade counter providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times
*
order processing
*
taking enquiries over the phone and e-mail
About you
You will have worked within a customer service role where you have needed to retain and process information at speed in order to keep your customer happy. This will stand you in good stead for working in this busy branch.
Self motivation and ability to use your initiative are two valuable qualities which will help you greatly in this role. You will be fully supported by a small, well established team around you.
We are a very busy branch with a lot of growth opportunity so progression could be available in the future.
