QA Manager - Kidderminster/Remote Options (Long Term)

I am looking for a naturally talented QA Manager to be a part of an award-winning digital team in a Creative Digital and Communications agency.

The successful candidate manage a small team of 3 QA Engineers whilst overseeing the overall quality of the service provided by the team is of a high standard at all times.

As a manager, you will host regular team meetings and catch-ups to make sure team engagement is at it's best. You will be aware of and implement the best processes for the team to continually progress their careers and make sure they are always on the top of their game.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible of the Digital department's QA Team

• Motivate and mentor team members through regular 1-1 discussions and making suggestions for specific training schemes

• Take ownership of your own QA tasks and processes and manage your own workload

• Manage a full suite of testing software

• Writing and preparing detailed testing plans based on criteria's

• Encourage bringing on new tech tools and processes to further better the team and the way their day to day is done.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of common QA processes and popular testing tools

• Good team management skills

• The ability to communicate effectively between your team in both a verbal and a written manner.

• Drivers' license and the ability to travel throughout the UK and overseas
