Administrator Heating Service & Repairs

My client, a well-respected Home Improvements company based in Bradford is looking for a Heating Service & Repairs Administrator.

Due to expansion within the company, they need an adaptable, willing, and determined individual to assist in every aspect of this fast-paced role.

Based in the office you'll be responsible for the administration of the installation, servicing, and repair work in the domestic heating team.

This is a temporary role for 4 months with a strong possibility of being extended to 6 months.

This role requires you to be:

Experienced in working in a customer service role
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Willingness to accept responsibility and develop skills and knowledge
Organised and disciplined
Share and reflect the values of the company
Always looking for improved working methods

Duties include but not limited to:

Dealing with customer enquiries promptly and professionally
Assessing engineer availability and arranging appointments
Liaise with engineers and provide quotations for repair work
Issue quotations to clients in a clear and presentable manner
Follow up quotes promptly and convert them into sales.
Communicate with suppliers to obtain best prices for materials
Arranging & Managing repair work
Ensure all required paperwork is sent to clients and relevant bodies
Creation of invoices
Recording of monies received

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm 20 days Holiday +Statutory Bank Holidays (pro rata)

GBP10.20 per hour
