Valeco Recruitment are on the market working with our exclusive client to recruit a permanent full time Office Manager to be responsible for the running of the administrative function in their busy estate agency part of the business.

Our client are a boutique firm where you are treated as an individual and not a bum on a seat, they offer a great working environment and everyone is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and muck in.

For this role you will be dealing with clients from all backgrounds including a variety of high net worth individuals and you will have the right attributes and skills to manage people up to this level in a calm and professional manner.

The feel for this firm will suit an individual who is a self starter, creative thinker and you will also look at creating solutions when problems arise.

Your role will involve working to tight deadlines and you will be someone who has a swan like attitude to this pressure(elegant on top and paddling underneath where know one can see it)

Varied role that will involve a variety of duties and responsibilities and you will never be bored or challenged within this busy and growing established firm.

What are looking for from you?

* Excellent IT skills across the MS Office Suite - essential ideally advanced Excel

* First class presentation and communication skills

* Worked in ideally an Accountancy, Legal or Property firm

* Quickbooks knowledge or experience is ideal, however not essential along with typing dictation

* Social media savvy is a must!

Home working at this time is available with days you maybe required to be based in the office for certain projects/tasks that require equipment in the office. Our clients office is set up for social distance and is followed by all government guidelines.
