The role of Sales Contact Centre Manager is highly important for this national business. The contact centre is the first point of contact for both B2B and B2C customers, so the delivery of a first class customer experience whilst supporting company growth plans is a must.
You will be fully accountable for setting, managing and delivering KPIs and revenue targets in line with company objectives and regularly reporting these figures to the leadership team. You will be a hands on people manager with proven ability to nuture and develop a high performing sales team.
You will manage and monitor all outbound and marketing activity, including all reporting and developing higher return campaigns.
You will have full responsibility for managing, allocating and reporting commissions for the sales team, and regular reporting on all other sales activities within the contact centre
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Sales Contact Centre Manager will:
Experience of successfully managing a target driven contact centre team
Be a hands on people manager, confident in all reporting and performance management
Ability to analyse contact centre performance and sales KPIs to drive continuous improvements
To positively lead and motivate a sales team
Intermediate to advanced in all MS Office Packages
Clear understanding of CRM and Sales Pipelines gained within a Call Centre and Customer Service environment
Sage knowledge preferred but not essentialJob Offer
