THE POSITION

Were looking for an experienced Recruiter with a passion for social care recruitment to join our internal recruitment team based in the Midlands you must be able to commute to our central Nottingham office and head office in West Bromwich.

Within this role your main focus is to recruit for all internal vacancies across Accords care directorate in accordance with KPIs. You will be responsible for recruiting essential key workers across your designated regional area, it is key for the successful person to enhance the applicant experience and attract the best care talent into the business.

This is a broad role, and its important to us that you enjoy what you do and have a positive can-do attitude. Its fast paced and busy, so youll need to be able to juggle varied recruitment campaigns, to achieve your targets.

About you:

You are all about giving the ultimate applicant and hiring manager experience.

You are well versed in devising and driving attraction strategies across a variety of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Linked-In.

You are creative and imaginative, and able to come up with innovative and engaging marketing material.

Youre a self-starter, youll need to be able to work under your own initiative, as well as part of a team and prioritise a busy workload according to deadlines.

You have experience managing the full recruitment cycle - attracting and sourcing applicants, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, offers of employment, compliance and reference checks.
