Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced EIA project manager to join, one of the most reputable environmental consultancies in the UK. Working with a range of internal environmental stakeholders including ecologists, planners and landscape architects, and other external stakeholders, you will oversee the delivery of a varied portfolio of EIA projects.

About the role:

You will manage a variety of EIA projects, ranging from windfarms, mixed use developments and electricity transmission projects, working with high profile, reputable clients. You will oversee EIA reports and Environmental Statements, and will be involved in writing and reviewing report chapters, figures and appendices. You will also be involved in contributing to EIA tenders and business development activities.

The business also regularly undertakes independent EIA review work, offering great variety, and an opportunity to use your EIA skills to manage the review of EIA reports, and produce reviews.

About you:

You will be an experienced EIA project manager, with UK experience either working for a consultancy, or client-side. You will most likely have varied project experience, across different markets, ideally with specific experience in the energy industry. You will most likely have membership with IEMA or the MRTIPI, although the organisation can support you with this.
