Permanent Afternoon shifts (2.15pm - 10.45pm)

up to GBP30,000 plus bonus and benefits

Outsource UK have partnered with a global Engineering company who are looking to recruit a Team Leader who will manage and be responsible for a team of between 10-15 reports on a specific manufacturing line of the business. This role is to cover the afternoon shift of the business on a permanent basis.

Candidates should have experience of:

• A number of years experience of leading, motivating and developing a team of 10+ people
• Working in a fast paced environment
• Leading and motivating a team
• Carrying out regular 1-2-1's and mid and end year reviews
