AO have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Gas Installation Engineer to join our growing team working on our Premium Fleet. This will give you the tools to succeed within our business. What will you be doing as a Gas Installation Engineer?

Our skilled Installers are technical experts.

But you will also be the front line of our Customer Service team. Your people skills are just as important as your ability to complete an installation successfully. To be an AO Gas installer you need knowledge, commitment and a friendly smile. Caring is one of our core values, so it's important you can see things from a customer's point of view.

Favourable shift patterns allow an excellent work life balance. All of our engineers work 4 on 4 off which means there is ample opportunity to make the most of all of your down time.

You will be???

Constantly striving to ensure that your knowledge of regulations and legislation is well refreshed. You will make customer satisfaction and safety paramount in your day to day role as well as:

- Engaging with customers on face to face basis

- Installation of cookers, hobs and other domestic appliances (including AV products)

- Completing gas safety checks

- Making on the spot decisions regarding health & safety at the point of installation

- Keeping open lines of communication with customers and other team members

- Working within industry and company safe working practices

What makes you our perfect Gas Installation Engineer?

- Full UK driving license

- Gas Safe Registration

- ACS, CCN1 & CKR1

- Technical experience in the field

- LPG desirable

- Knowledge of integrated and built in appliances desirable

- Electrical qualifications desirable
