Fabric Cutter

Our client is looking for an experienced Fabric Cutter to work at their Preston premises.
This position is for a well-established manufacturing company that distributes nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Cutting a wide range of fabrics, ensuring straight lines are cut from rolls of fabric
  
• Counting and sorting the materials
  
• Use of hand cutter
• Measuring and calculating amounts of materials
• Ensuring cutting room is supplied with the materials required
• Keeping work area clean and tidy
• Adhering to strict Health and Safety measures at all times

The job requires physical fitness as you will be standing for large periods of the day. It also requires good mathematical skills to measure and count the materials.
