We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People team.

This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their recruitment career. You will have the opportunity to work with the wider People team and be involved in People projects. This role will allow you to progress and develop your recruitment skills, you will also learn and develop your wider HR knowledge and truly become an expert in your field.

Reporting into the People Director, you will:

• Manage the recruitment process for Retail, Support Centre and Warehouse
• Ensure the delivery of an amazing candidate journey for all roles
• Provide insight, advice and guidance to hiring managers
• Identify, attract and source the best candidates through various means of resourcing
• Advertise, review applications, shortlist candidates, and interview
• Update, review and maintain the Application tracking system
• Work closely with the Area Managers and hiring managers to ensure vacancies are filled effectively
• Maintain and refresh recruitment materials and guidelines ensuring they are fit for purpose
• Work closely with the Retail People Partners ensuring they are kept up to date on all retail recruitment
• Work closely with the L&D Partner to induct new colleagues into the Support Centre
• Take ownership over the Recruitment budget
• Manage the Support Centre HR team
• Work closely with recruitment agencies
• Support the People Director with ad-hoc needs

What we are looking for:

• Passion for recruitment and providing the best candidate journey
• Previous experience within recruitment (inhouse recruitment experience is desirable)
• Retail experience
• Experience managing a small team
• Knowledge and understanding of the wider HR function
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work with high volume of roles
• Amazing communication skills
• Strong IT skills (including Excel)
