Here at LEVC, manufacturing and selling vehicles is what we do. The role of the Quality Team Leader is to lead a quality inspection team during current production and the new product development build phases through to full sales launch. Ultimately the role will lead a quality inspection area within our Vehicle Assembly operations to ensure that the vehicle build process within their area of responsibility is efficient, within budget and to standard.

Reporting into the Quality Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of quality inspection specialists. You'll oversee everything from the allocation of workloads through to the management of training, development plans and holiday bookings.

You will be a strong communicator and problem solver who can really get into the detail, establish the root cause of issues and confidently implement the necessary corrective actions.

If you've worked in quality inspection within an automotive assembly background and have previous supervisory experience as a supervisor at a manufacturing OEM ; this could be the role for you.

Based at our purpose built, state of the art offices at Antsy in Coventry, this position offers an annual salary of circa GBP30,000. We also reward our people with 25 days' annual leave plus UK statutory bank holidays, a healthcare cash-plan scheme and a salary sacrifice pension scheme. The role will incorporate 2 shift patterns, typically Monday - Friday from 6am - 3pm or 4pm - 1am.
