We are currently seeking Teaching Assistants in Launceston and the surrounding areas.
As one of Concorde's key Teaching Assistants, you will have the opportunity to visit different schools and in support of teaching staff and work with many children in support of their educational and social development needs. You will also support children with particular needs, possibly working with them individually or in small groups.
You role will certainly be varied, challenging but hopefully rewarding with a many varied list of activities including: •Getting the classroom ready •Reading with children •Helping teachers plan activities and complete records •Attending outings and sporting events •Supporting teachers with class behaviour •Supervising group activity •???.and of course much more !!
We have opportunities to suit, either full or part-time, with the flexibility to work around your current commitments. Many of these posts will involve day to day cover with some developing into longer term roles for the right candidate.
