Financial Accounting Manager

Working remotely, the Financial Accounting Manager will be responsible for the financial accounting for the group, including production of the statutory accounts, tax including VAT and other regulatory returns. You will also line manage the Financial Accounting Team, and oversea the day to day system administration ensuring adequate controls are in place for processes.

This role will be home-based.

Video Interviews for this role will take place on 17th November.

About the role

Your main duties will include:

• Statutory accounts - being responsible for the production of all statutory accounts in the group, coordinating production of audit documentation, and coordinating audit visits
• Internal controls - production of group balance sheets for managment accounts, fraud monitoring, oversight of systems administration
• Manage and develop the financial accounting team
• Acting as a source of technical accounting advice for the group

About you

The successful applicant will:

• be qualified - ACA/ACCA or equivalent
• have significant experience as a financial accountant
• have experience in managing people
• have strong system skills, with a logical and methodical approach
