Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to join their team to oversee the successful delivery of elements of their anaesthetic training programme.

Your day to day duties will include:

• Ensuring that the workplace based assessment strategies are up-to-date and represent best practice
• Being responsible for ensuring key guidance and associated documents are up to date and regularly updated to reflect current policy
• Informing the wider teams of any relevant updates and changes to policies and procedures
• Developing and managing reports to inform of quality assurance
• Monitoring systems and processes for areas of development/improvement
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the College’s Lifelong Learning platform

Their ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Proven success in a line management role
• Experience of providing secretarial support to formal committees
• Good understanding of common data reporting tools and how to use them
• Proficiency in data reporting, risk analysis and understanding complex information from a variety of sources
• The ability to maintain a working knowledge of the ever evolving healthcare landscape
