Heavily invests in new machinery
THE JOB:
Manage team of 15 loading operatives
Manual planning of loads
2 hourly reports to be completed, adjusting time and motion details
Contributing member of Team/Board meetings
Despatching 70 to 100 loads per day
Work closely with internal sales/transport/production
Requires a high amount of planning for live loads to be organised
On-Time-In-Full typically 95% daily
Will require contingency planning, due to the changing environmentTHE PERSON:
Will be flexible
Will cope well with a changing working environment
Must work well in a pressurised environment and be resilient
Be a strong communicator
Will be looking for a long term position
Counter-balance fork-lift licence would be desirable
Must demonstrate relevant experience in CV and achievementsTHE BENEFITS:
