RELOCATION TO THE ISLE OF MAN - GENERAL MANAGER
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious General Manager to join one of many award winning destination pubs on the Isle of Man. You will be part of a well-respected company in a relaxed but high end environment, with the opportunity to flourish and drive the direction of your pub.
General Manager Role;
You will understand the people you manage, mentor, coach and identify the training needs required to maximise profitability throughout all departments
Lead the way in creating outstanding food and making classics extraordinary
Exercise and adhere to company policies and procedures, ability to address any issue in store through the understanding of HR disciplines
You will be confident at completing and exercising regular; Health & Safety audits, gaining high scoring on customer satisfaction, productivity v's payroll costs, and operational and commercial reporting in storeGeneral Manager Requirements;
Must be an existing General Manager with experience practical hands on experience in the industry
Experience of leading a team in a high volume pub group/brand
Well-presented, articulate and have a real passion for delivering the highest level of service to company standardsThis role allows the successful candidate to put their own stamp on the pub and really make it their own!
In return for your hard work the salary will be up to GBP30,000 as well as all the benefits (potentially including accommodation) that come with relocating to the Isle of Man.
