Salary Banding: GBP11.00 + team related bonus scheme based on efficiency and targets
Location: Westbury
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08.00-17.30

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as part of our skilled MET Technician team in a busy, varied role. Working in the bodyshop, the role requires the following:

• Remove & refit mechanical and electrical trims / panels / components on vehicles
• Wheel Alignment and Tyres
• Follow manufacturer repair methods to return vehicles to pre-accident condition
• Fault finding / Diagnostics
• Mechanical Skills and MET Skills
• Perform road testing (if applicable)
• Awareness & adherence to all necessary standards and H&S procedures

About you:

Choosing the right person is important to us as we continue to grow our family of now over 500 employees. To ensure we choose the right candidate for the role, we are looking for someone:

• Previous bodyshop MET/Trim experience is essential
• A good and thorough understanding of vehicle refurbishment repair process
• Able to work well within a team and on their own initiative
• Able to use specialist equipment
• With a keen eye for detail, quality and who takes pride in their work
• With a flexible attitude to working hours and overtime
• With an ATA, NVQ or City and Guilds certification, however this is not essential
