Our client isseeking an Level 2 Support Analyst to provide support to 1000+ users across the business. You will have exceptional customer service skills with experience supporting Windows, Active Directory and Office 365.

What you will be doing:

Providing Level 1 and 2 Support to users across multiple sites
First point of contact for all incoming calls and emails
Ticket queue management
Active Directory user management
Remote Desktop
Customer focused approach to troubleshooting
Logging all tickets via ServiceNow Who you will be:

Strong experience supporting a Windows environment
You will be confident with all aspects of Microsoft software including Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems
Office 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory
Experience in supporting 1000+ users across multiple sites,
You'll have experience with troubleshooting multiple types of hardware including Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Mobiles (Android, iOS etc), LAN/WAN and general networking principles
You'll be a strong verbal and written communicator with excellent clarity and confidence to deliver explanations over the phone, via email, or face-to-face
You'll work effectively with the IT technician team, being well organised, and maintaining good team, time, and resource management skills
You will be comfortable stepping outside of your comfort zone and getting involved in tasks outside service desk
Experience using ServiceNow and PowerShell is highly desirable
