As a Teaching Assistant you will have experience of working with pupils on a 1-1 or group basis.
There is ample opportunity to work in either the primary or secondary sector, across Telford and Shropshire schools with the chance to work with different key stages where the highest pupil age can be up to 25.
Ideally as a TA, you will have experience of being able to communicate effectively within an engaging and hands on environment. You also may have had exposure in working with the following needs; ASD, BESD, Mild and/or Severe learning difficulties, Complex care and challenging behaviour. Inside, or outside a school.
It is preferable but not essential that you will have experience of working with SENCO.
