MS Dynamics Developer - Poole - 40-55,000 pa

A Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Developer is required by a growing company based in Poole.

Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, correct, and document program modifications from supplied specifications from customers
• Support bespoke development projects
• Complete projects within required timescales and prioritise commercial solutions
• Communicate with customers to gather specification details
• Resolve any bugs in solutions developed
• Create, amend, and keep track of programs in accordance with the design, including utilising nominated source control system
• Ensure thorough testing of systems to achieve an error-free result

There may be a requirement to visit client sites from time to time.

Requirements:

• Strong solutions development experience
• Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central experience
• MS Accreditation or equivalent ERP deployment and project experience
• Technical experience of C/AL*, CSIDE**, AL, SQL Server, BI
• *Client/Server Application Language / **Client/Server Integrated Development Environment
• Experience with Power Apps
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and be competent in managing projects through to delivery
• Must be an excellent communicator and be confident in customer-facing situations such as training and presenting development work to end users
• Full UK driving license

Salary and Benefits:

The salary is around GBP40,000 - GBP55,000 p.a. depending on experience (there may be some negotiation) plus performance related bonuses and incentives. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, and free car parking.

Covid-19 & Remote Working:

The business is currently operating a remote working policy during Covid-19 restrictions, however please be aware that some normal office working may resume when further government direction is provided. This position may also have some client-facing elements, which will require you travel to customer sites on occasion. Only applicants located within a commutable distance of Poole, or would be committed to relocating, will be considered.
