Synergi are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer for a multi-site manufacturing company based just on the outskirts of Kings Lynn. The successful candidate would join the engineering team on a 4 on 4 off days & nights shift pattern working an average of 42 hours a week. This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to work in a business who have been a leader within their field for the past 50 years.

They strive for consistency and quality with a specialist production team monitoring output ensuring zero or minimal mill downtime.
Job Description:
You will be part of the engineering maintenance team, providing mechanical & electrical maintenance on the production machinery within the mill to ensure minimal downtime.
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Proactively carry out all aspects of plant maintenance to a planned schedule,
seeking solutions where abnormalities occur to prevent a negative impact on
production and quality standards.
*Drive continuous improvement, reviewing current methodology and opportunities to
improve the mill's efficiency, safety, quality, and performance.
*Ensure all relevant maintenance records are accurately recorded to ensure legal
compliance and to ensure a safe working environment.
*Implement all Health and Safety policies and procedures ensuring compliance with
legislation and aligned to best practice.
Salary: GBP37,314.00
Shifts: 4 on 4 off (days & nights)
Benefits: 1.5 x overtime, company pension, bonus scheme, life assurance.
