Senior Block Manager

One Property Recruitment, a block, property and estate management specialist, have been instructed on a search for a Senior Block Manager based in Edgware. Our client are an expanding residential block and estate management organisation with an excellent reputation within the market.

As a senior block manager, you will be expected to manage 7 key clients within your portfolio; this role will give you the scope to progress to team leader status within the short-medium term should you desire to do so. The office employs a tight-knit feel placing quality of service at the forefront of everything they do. Your responsibilities as follows as a senior block manager;

• Overall management of a portfolio
• Management of site staff including concierge and estate managers
• Handling the section 20 major works process from start to finish
• Involvement in recruitment of site staff where required
• Setting and managing of service charge budgets
• Building relationships with key clients

You will become an integral part of a team of 10 and will be working directly under the head of property management gaining you excellent exposure to areas of block management you may have not had exposure to before. I am looking to speak to individuals with the following;

• MIRPM or AIRPM qualified
• A proven background in leasehold property management
• Strong relationship management abilities
