Kier Specialist Services are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join the passionate team in our Loughton office. With our diverse portfolio of projects, we are looking for an Estimator who has a passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a good and healthy team environment. We understand this approach is essential to ensure quality finished projects within budget and on time for our clients. You will be working on a portfolio of projects ranging from education to commercial, leisure, healthcare in the value of GBP500k - GBP15m.
Based in the Sheffield and / or Loughton Offices projects will be nationwide
Job responsibilities
This role will be focused of advising, preparing and winning new tenders and existing framework opportunities for the business. This will require you to manage robust and long-term relationships with clients and internal teams in line with the general strategy. You will need to assist as well as manage the production of tender documents, attend pre-tender and post tender interviews and provide data as requested.
What do we need from you?
Ideally you will be degree qualified, have similar project sector experience and good technical construction knowledge.
