Sphere Solutions are working with an award winning developer to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a new housing site in Liskeard. With a company ethos of quality and customer delivery, this is a great opportunity to be part of forward thinking team who can offer longevity and career development.
Responsibilities:- To manage sub- contractor and labour - working to programme and budget
- Ensure compliance and Health and Safety regulations are in place and met
- Liaise with the Build Manager to ensure build programme is to plan and discuss any issues
- Liaise with the commercial and design teams to ensure the build is to cost and budget
The ideal candidate MUST be able to provide evidence of the following skills set and qualifications:
- MUST have house building experience and longevity with employers
- Timber Frame build experience is essential
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS Card
- Good local supply chain knowledge
- Good IT skills ?? Proactive approach ?? Passionate about Health & Safety
