I am currently working with a client based in the North East who are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team.
They require a driven and self-motivated candidate with a background in providing Cost Consultancy and Employer's Agent services.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of a project's lifespan including but not limited to; estimating, cost planning, procurement, tender document preparation, tender reporting, contract administration, cost control, programme and risk management.
It is preferential for candidates to have a minimum of 2 years working within the construction industry and who are committed to becoming RICS Chartered.
