Working for one of the UK's leading contractors operating both in the UK and Worldwide, they operate across a number of sectors including building, infrastructure, housing and maintenance.

Your new role
We require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an existing commercial team, you will be responsible for a team where you may need to support them with commercial and contractual advice. You will be ensuring cash flow is maximised, providing commercial input, ensuring the team exceeds KPI's, preparing monthly cost reports and managing sub-contractors. Not forgetting to assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOD and mix-use projects valued up to GBP60m,

Educated to degree level, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in a similar role and be an excellent communicator.
