Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer Kent GBP55,000 + Bonus

In line with continuing expansion, one of the UK's leading residential developers is looking to strengthen the commercial team of their expanding office in Kent with the appointment of a Quantity Surveyor.

The successful candidate will be required to:

??Help prepare budget cost plans to support site appraisals

??Prepare and tender material schedules

??Establish and maintain key supplier relationships

??Procure, tender and appoint sub-contractor packages, manage and resolve sub-contractor variations and negotiate final accounts

??Produce financial performance review summaries

All candidates will need to have a demonstrable track record of taking ownership of residential developments and display a good all round commercial awareness.

Candidates should have 3 years' experience in at least a project surveyor role with a UK based residential developer or main contractor working on large scale, mixed use residential developments. This role would be particularly suitable for a Quantity Surveyor looking to progress their career in a progressive and forward thinking environment.
