We are looking to recruit a number of skilled general assembly operatives to work at an industry leading car part manufacturer. The client is based in Barton. You will need your own transport to and from site.

Immediate starts available.

The Role:

As an assembly operative you will operate injection moulding machinery, glue, foam and spray paint guns, leather stitching / sewing machines, and much more. You will need to quality assess all goods to ensure they meet site and customer standards. You may be rotated and asked to work on different departments throughout your assignment, so a degree of flexibility is required

Shifts:

There are various 8 hour Monday to Friday shift patterns available:

Shift 1 - Monday to Friday - Days and Afternoons

Shift 2 - Monday to Friday - Days, Afternoons and Nights

Shift 3 - Monday to Friday - 2x weeks of Days and 2x weeks of Nights (rotating)

Shift 4 - Monday to Friday - 2x weeks of Days and 2x weeks of Afternoon (rotating)

Start times: 6am / 7.30am, 2pm / 3.30pm or 10pm / 11.30pm

You must be flexible to work all shift patterns, and to work compulsory overtime (up to 2 hrs per day) during the week, and sometimes full shifts on weekends.

Pay:

First 6 months:

GBP10.26 - All shifts worked

GBP13.38 - Overtime 39+ Weekdays and Saturdays

GBP17.84 - Overtime from 10pm on Saturday through till 6am on Monday

After 6 months:

GBP10.62 - All shifts worked

GBP13.86 - Overtime 39+ Weekdays and Saturdays

GBP18.48 - Overtime from 10pm on Saturday through till 6am on Monday
