This organisation are carrying out the work with their joint venture partner and are looking to expand their commercial team. They have a requirement to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to deliver heavy civils schemes on a portfolio of packages valuing between GBP5m - GBP50m.
The West Midlands route is the biggest section of work on the project. It is inclusive of some of the most complex and interesting ground engineering ever done on a major infrastructure project in the UK.
As the chosen Quantity Surveyor you will work alongside and report into the section Commercial Lead, as well as working independently on the work that you are delivering.
To be considered for this role, the successful Quantity Surveyor will ideally have the following background and experience:
- Infrastructure / civils project experience
- NEC experience
- Looking to make a long term career move
- Structured career history
- 4 - 7 years' experience
