About the Company:
As part of a current exciting and dynamic transformational change programme, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Process Improvement Lead to join our busy Transformation and Customer Experience Team.
This role is a fixed-term position initially for 12 months working 37 hours per week, based in our modern head office in Birkenhead, Wirral although there will be an opportunity to work remotely/from home too due to the current pandemic restrictions. The office /depot is easily accessible from most transport links with just a short walk from Hamilton Square train station and local bus routes. Free parking is provided to staff either on site or nearby.
About the Process Improvement Lead Role:
The role of Process Improvement Lead reports directly to the senior transformation role of Assistant Director, The Magenta Way and although they will not have any direct reports, they will be required to work closely with several of the specialist teams within the organisation.
The overall purpose of the role is to be responsible for delivering our Process Improvement Project as part of our ambitious Magenta Futures Programme. You will be an experienced Process Improvement Lead who can lead on all aspects of process mapping, process re-engineering, delivering an action plan, and tracking/measuring the improvements made. You will be self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving tangible results. You will have a professional yet personable approach and work well with all colleagues and partners, building trust and generating enthusiasm in the project.
A full induction will be given to help you settle into your new role with an opportunity to meet new colleagues and find out more about Magenta Living. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team so will be given ample opportunities to build your internal network.
You will be provided with any training required to fulfil this role and there will be an opportunity to work with external partners to deliver Agile ways of working.
Other examples may include: E-learning, systems navigation, coaching and development and attendance at relevant conferences/training days.
Process Improvement Lead Requirements:
We are looking for someone who can make an effective contribution to the future of Magenta Living. Knowledge of organisational controls and their effective application will be required. The successful individual should also possess a professional qualification in process improvement techniques and a project management qualification or equivalent experience.
