Onsite Manager/Supervisor

Quest Employment are looking for experienced Onsite Manager/Supervisor who will be part of a new site team to work alongside our client Amazon.

Work Location?

Sproughton, Ipswich

Working hours:

Predominantly night shift hours (11pm-10am) including weekends, flexible to cover AM/PM hours when required.

Pay rate; GBP10.50phr

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high safety standards are being met
• Work as part of the onsite team on client premises
• Manage a pool of 100+ temporary employees, help them on a daily basis resolve queries related to their assignment
• Manage performance of temporary employees
• Welcome new starters, run inductions/presentations for 10+ candidates, including online meetings
• Register new candidates and verify right to work documents/guide them through the registration paperwork
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, such as absence/performance policies, provide the necessary coaching to the employees
• Confident user of Microsoft Office
• Running investigations/writing statements, including H&S as well as conduct incidents
• Ensure Excel admin logs as well as systems are kept up to date at all times and paperwork is filed/kept neat and tidy
• Strong communication skills as the job involves being continuously in touch with temporary employees, both face to face, as well as on the phone
• Pre-payroll: verifying employees' worked hours to ensure people are paid correctly
• Liaising with the client management team to ensure daily requirements are met

Previous Recruitment or onsite managerial experience essential for this position

This role will be working on a temp to perm basis
