Founded in 2004, we now have a team of 120+ working across a network of 12 offices, giving us a global reach with local knowledge.
Due to our expanding portfolio of work, we’re looking for two Project Managers to join our team in Hull.

In this exciting role, you will have the chance to work with an interesting client base (some of our previous clients include Harley Davidson, Tesla EMEA and Nike Mexico) and get involved with projects that are pushing boundaries and making a difference to our clients and their communities.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of design and architecture projects for clients.
Ensuring that all tasks are completed in line with H&S standards and regulatory requirements, you will:
- Perform initial feasibility reports
- Prepare specifications, scopes and updated drawings
- Carry out due diligence building surveys and co-ordinate third party vendors, including utility connections and upgrades
- Help to tender for contractors
- Manage building relationship applications and any associated permits
- Complete contract and programme administration tasks
- Keep the Directors and Project Lead informed on progress and any delays
About You
To join us as a Project Manager, you will need:
- To be a building surveyor with at least one year’s full-time experience of covering the full remit of contract and professional work
- Proven experience of working in commercial and property management
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, friendly manner
- A full, clean driving licence
