This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience by working directly alongside Partners and other senior colleagues and develop a greater understanding of the professional and personal competencies necessary for your career. 

As part of a two year structured training programme, you will gain experience across a range of departments with comprehensive support from peers and mentors. You will have genuine responsibility from day one with exposure to some of the largest commercial, residential and mixed-use property projects in the UK today.

With a keen interest and awareness of property news/industry and the current market, you will be able to demonstrate a great understanding of how you apply what you have learnt at university to real property matters. Articulate and confident with strong interpersonal skills, you will show an aptitude for building collaborative relationships.

For Surveyor / Planner applications you will have achieved a RICS OR RTPI accredited degree (or in your final year of working towards one). For all applications, you will ideally possess some work experience within a property environment however a genuine commitment to progress in this field is more important.

For the Heritage position, your qualification may be more suited to IHBC membership. Practical knowledge of planning and the historic environment or a specialism in architectural history, however that has been achieved, is needed.
