A market leading Chartered Building Surveyors offering a full range of commercial property services covering East Sussex have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing Eastbourne Office.

The Role

This role will be responsible for Surveys, Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition, Tendering works.

Essential Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Building Surveyor, MRICS with 3 years post qualification experience.

Experience within the Commercial sector and good technical knowledge.

Experience of design and contract administration duties - principally repair and maintenance works with some fit out.

Ambitious and keen to help build and develop the business.
